I usually get first dibs at premiering Dan Svizeny’s videos ‘cuz we work together. However, this one’s a bit more special.  The other day we were in a post-caffeine lag, so we went out to the parking lot and shot this footage of him fucking around on a skateboard w my iPhone using the 8mm app.  No, he’s not demonstrating shredder skillz here - hence I say “fucking around” - but it works because that’s exactly the aesthetic he’s going for with his brand of slackergze.  Couple weeks later, bam, here’s a finished music video! Punk rock. Credit is due, tho, to editor Omar Mashaal who did a bang-up job stitching this together.
